WHEREAS, in the matter of appeal of Colleen Press to a Summary Abatement Order at 894 BEECH STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension to May 31, 2018 to resolve the RV issue by either 1) making it be operable, licensed, parked on an approved surface, and not used for residential purposes, or 2) by removing the RV; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
