WHEREAS, in the matter of appeal of Jon Guerra or Gonzo Guerra to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 1056 REANEY AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant 90 days for the completion of the hot water installation under permit, noting the other items on the list will be inspected at that time; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
