WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Kyle Colbert (MOMO, LLC) to a Correction Notice - Re-inspection Complaint at 1889 HYACINTH AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to January 30, 2018 to repair the electrical issue and grant to February 13, 2018 for the remaining items, - note, property is in compliance as of February 21, 2018; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
