Body

WHEREAS, on June 21, 2017, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH VO 17-8, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Revocation and Order to Vacate for property at 1818 Nevada Avenue East; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council grant an extension on the repairs to January 1, 2018; and

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and

WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension for the compliance with the repairs; and

WHEREAS, after the Legislative Hearing Officer conducted a hearing on January 16, 2018 and an additional extension has been granted; Now Therefore, Be It,

RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to April 1, 2018.
