Purpose of Appeal: 1) Need time to complete finals on permits that were not finalled prior to purchase of home. Outdoor shed cannot be painted in temperatures we currently are experincing. 2) Trailer is frozen to the ground. Have been working on removing. Also inspector told me I would have 30 days. I received letter of Saturday, December 23 and it said I had intil Fri, 29th. Giving me 4 business days.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Nancy Mork and Amy Mork to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice and Correction Notice at 601 CALIFORNIA AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to May 1, 2018 for compliance with order, except for exterior painting which shall have an extension to June 30, 2018; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
