Changing the rate of pay for the existing classification of Supervisor of Rehabilitation from Grade 023 to Grade 019, EG 09, SPSO.

WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources completed a job study for the classification of Supervisor of Rehabilitation; and
WHEREAS, the result of the job study instructs that the rate of pay for Supervisor of Rehabilitation be at the rate set forth in Grade 019 of Employee Group 09, the Saint Paul Supervisors Organization Salary Schedule; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to City Charter Section 6.03.3(5), the rate of pay for the classification of Supervisor of Rehabilitation be changed from that set forth in Grade 023 to that set forth in Grade 019 of Employee Group 09, the Saint Paul Supervisors Organization Salary Schedule which shall take effect and be in force on the first pay period following its passage and approval.
