Establishing the rate of pay for the new classification of Loan Servicing and Real Estate Supervisor in EG 09, SPSO, Grade 020.

WHEREAS, a new classification of Loan Servicing and Real Estate Supervisor was created; and
WHEREAS, the office of Human Resources completed a job study for the classification of Loan Servicing and Real Estate Supervisor; and
WHEREAS, the result of the job study instructs that the rate of pay for Loan Servicing and Real Estate Supervisor be established at the rate set forth in Grade 020 of Employee Group 09, the Saint Paul Supervisor Association Salary Schedule; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to City Charter Section 6.03.3(5), the rate of pay for the new classification of Loan Servicing and Real Estate Supervisor be established at the rate set forth in Grade 020 of Employee Group 09, the Saint Paul Supervisor Association Salary Schedule. This resolution shall take effect and be in force on the first pay period following its passage and approval.
