Appeal of Eric Eddy to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Order at 838 EDMUND AVENUE.

Purpose of Appeal:   1-3: Appealing for additional time to close plumbing items to bring in new plumer used for 660 T ave to preform review and make adjustments if needed. Permits were pulled. 4: Emailed inspector David Smith several weeks ago as I do not see any course offereings There are no current offerings and I cannot be put on any waitlist. It's not clear when net ourse will be but will register for inext available course.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Eric Eddy to a Correction Order at 838 EDMUND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;


WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to November 6, 2017 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It


RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
