WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 17-74 on September 20, 2017 which granted an extension to October 1, 2017 to abate the nuisance conditions at 1990 HOYT AVENUE EAST; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on October 3, 2017 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
