Purpose of Appeal: I want to make a complaint because I don't want to put any beds in the garbage. I want this complaint from the City finished. I don't want to pay $300 every time for this inspector to come to my home. My husband will come to explain the other items that are being appealed.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Maria T. Denison to a Correction Notice at 1990 HOYT AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation is to grant an extension to March 15, 2018 to address the items in the February 15, 2018 orders forthcoming, pending result of the February 20th hearing; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
