Appeal of Nakeela Hall to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 607 SAINT CLAIR AVENUE.

Purpose of Appeal: Fire pit removal - the fire pit materials were purchased from Menards ($200.00) and were personally installed - gift for my husband for Father's Day 4 years ago. Since this time we have not had any issues. We burn wood that we purchase at Super America - 5 to 6 pieces at a time. No rodent issues from the pallets - they have been at the property and in place for over a year. Used for tables, seating and composting.

WHEREAS, in the matter of [title of this legislative file, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council 1) grant the appeal on the fire pit issue as it is located on the adjacent propert; and 2) deny the appeal on the pallet storage and grant an extension to October 1,2 017 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
