Title

Appeal of Eric Eddy, representing E & K Real Estate Investments, to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Approval with Corrections at 886 EDMUND AVENUE.

Date/Time of 1st LH:  August 1, 2017; 1:30 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  Roof was replaced with permit and licensed contractors as requested by DSI. I believe the roof item should be cleared. I do not believe that the full back area needs to be asphalted as requested. DSI letter postmarked 7/12/2017

Date of Order(s) Under Appeal:   July 10, 2017

Inspector/Key Staff:  Laura Huseby

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  Mai, these folks also have an appeal for properties on Thomas on this day.  That hearing is mis-scheduled at 11, which is noted in that file. Mai, can you also let them know that their roof contractor needs to call for a final inspection for the item to be removed from the list.  That may be something they want to take care of before the hearing.  Also, this matter has already been appealed and decided by the Council in RLH FCO 16-128 and this appeal needs to be reviewed in the context of that case. I have attached the master report from that appeal.
