WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 17-1295 accepted the Report of Completion for improvements to the alley bounded by Iowa, Idaho, Edgerton and Payne.
Preliminary Order: 17-103 Approved: 01/25/2017
Final Order: 17-19 Approved: 02/15/2017
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on October 4, 2017 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
