WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Bernadette Dodge to a Summary Abatement Order and Correction Notice at 1469 ALBANY AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant extension to remove the pools by May 12, 2017; grant to June 16, 2017 to remove the garage under permit and remove the balance of the overgrown and dead vegetation; grant to November 1, 2017 to use or store the bricks on site for the sidewalk; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
