Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 1469 ALBANY AVENUE in Council File RLH SAO 17-27.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Council File RLH SAO 17-27 on May 17, 2017 which granted 1) an extension to May 12, 2017 to abate the nuisance condition resulting from the above-ground pools; 2) an extension to June 20, 2017 to abate the nuisance condition resulting from the structurally compromised garage; and 3) an extension to November 1, 2017 for the bricks and temporary structure on site at 1469 ALBANY AVENUE; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on November 7, 2017 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance condition resulting from the bricks and temporary structure and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
