Title

Appeal of Noela Suhfor to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement and Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1007 OXFORD STREET NORTH.

Date/Time of 1st LH:  9/13/16 @ 2:30 PM

Purpose of Appeal:  I purchased this property in November 2015 as is and I'm not responsible for the previous owners failure to comply with city inspections.  This is my personal home, not a rental property.  I live here but spend more time with my relatives due to recently having a new baby, getting help from friends and family with my newborn while at the same time working on finishing up the basement.  So, this property is not VACANT.  See contract for deed attached.  Thank you.

Date of Order(s) Under Appeal:  August 26, 2016

Inspector/Key Staff:  Mike Kalis (Vacant Buildings) and Laura Huseby (Fire Insp)

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  Need photos for hearing.  Also, why do we have Fire Orders coming after a VB file was opened?  Seems like the files need to be straightened out. -MM
