Purpose of Appeal: I evicted my tenants before they called in the inspector. I now have decided to sell the property, and plan on disclosing the order. The inspector has not responded to my last phone call or last 2 emails.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Erick Simola to a Correction Notice - Complaint Inspection at 806 PARKWAY DRIVE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council: 1) grant an extension to October 3, 2016 for Items 2, 3 & 4 pertaining to the repair or replacement of the deck guard rail, mold abatement in the basement and rapair of the winfow cranks so they open and close properly; and 2) grant to January 1, 2017 for Item 1 (deck floor/boards); Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
