Purpose of Appeal: My tenants did not want to pay the balance of the rental money of $479 & the water bill of $185. So, they complained about pest control to the City. Actually, there are no pests at this home. They moved out on 08.06.2016 already. They made problems for me about the pest control. (paraphrased)

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Zaw Wai to a Correction Notice-Complaint Inspection at 933 FIFTH STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
