Purpose of Appeal: This home has never been vacant since I've owned it in 2005. It does not meet the definition of vacant building. All repair ordeers cited by the city in its last inspection had been completed in a very timely fashion as was done at all times in the past since 2005.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Bill Bernier to a Summary Abatement Order at 287 PAGE STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension until September 6, 2016 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
