WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Ken Schivone, Attorney for Bill Bernier, to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate 287 PAGE STREET EAST; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant until April 4, 2016 for the property to be vacated by the tenants; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
