Purpose of Appeal: I am requesting that we be allowed out of the C. of O. program. My husband is permanently disabled and uses 576 Charles as his therapeutic place to go to and be at. He does art, tinkers with wood, reads, writes, listens to music, rests in his haven and private place. Thank you.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Judy Caravalho to a Fire Safety Inspection Appointment at 576 CHARLES AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal and owner is released from the Fire Certificate of Occupancy Program; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
