Comments: 12/8/15 - Property was on the behavior complaint list on a report of suspicious activity involving heavy foot traffic in and out of the address. After further investigation, two individuals were arrested and booked at the Ramsey County LEC for possession of a controlled substance. 1/13/16 - complaint of no heat, no electricity. On 1/15/16, heat and lights were back on. Tenants have been evicted; property has been removed from the behavior complaint list.
History of Orders on Property: Previous complaints of garbage/rubbish on property - SA’s issued on 4/3/15, 1/26/15, 1/5/15, 11/24/14, 5/1/14 - two went to work order.

(File No. J1609A, Assessment No. 168525) and the assessment roll including all properties for which these assessments are proposed for Council ratification; and
