Comments: Initial inspection took place on 4/29/214; a CN was not sent to owner until 6/20/14. Property was re-inspected on 11/26/14 and an extension was granted to 5/1/15. Property was re-inspected on 10/26/15 and EC was issued for non-compliance. Property was re-inspected on 12/9/15 and another EC was issued for non-compliance. Owner contacted the inspector and was granted an extension to 5/1/16 to repair the retaining wall.

WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed an appeal of this assessment and developed a recommendation for the City Council with respect to this assessment; and
