Property was re-inspected on 10/26/15 and EC was issued for non-compliance. Property was re-inspected on 12/9/15 and another EC was issued for non-compliance. Owner contacted the inspector and was granted an extension to 5/1/16 to repair the retaining wall.

(File No. J1607E, Assessment No. 168308) and the assessment roll including all properties for which these assessments are proposed for Council ratification; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed an appeal of this assessment and developed a recommendation for the City Council with respect to this assessment; and
