WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Western Village LLC to a Summary Abatement Order at 388 WESTERN AVENUE NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension to April 18, 2016 to empty and move the container away from the building to another part of the parking lot, if possible. Owner will need to get a variance from Zoning if they want the container to permanently remain there; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
