WHEREAS, in the matter of Kelley Anderson to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1221 WOODBRIDGE STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal on the upper level room ceiling height and grant an extension until July 1, 2016 to have tenants discontinue using the room as a bedroom and grant a variance on the main level room to be used as a bedroom; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
