Title

Ratifying Property Clean Up services during October 8 to 29, 2015. (File No. J1605A, Assessment No. 168504)

Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 15-2060 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of October 8 to October 29, 2015; and

WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on February 17, 2016 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:

RLH TA 16-21:  1325 Arkwright Street;

RLH TA 16-6:  1866 Bush Avenue;

RLH TA 16-8:  523 Case Avenue;

RLH TA 16-10:  552 Charles Avenue;

RLH TA 16-13:  581 Cook Avenue East;

RLH TA 16-46:  776 Desoto Street;

RLH TA 16-24:  1853 Hawthorne Avenue East;

RLH TA 16-17:  902 Jessamine Avenue East;

RLH TA 15-9:  778 Jenks Avenue;

RLH TA 16-12:  653 Lawson Avenue East;

RLH TA 16-14:  1847 Margaret Street;

RLH TA 16-1:  1006 Reaney Avenue;

RLH TA 16-30:  749 Sims Avenue;

RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
