WHEREAS on February 17, 2016, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 15-, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during October 8 to October 29, 2015 (File No. J1605A, Assessment No. 168504); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1161 University Avenue West, being described as: Vac University Ave Adj and Ex W 27 Ft; Lot 28 and all of Lots 29 and 30 Blk 7, with the property identification number 34-29-23-14-0230 was assessed an amount of $604.00; and
WHEREAS, Office of Financial Services staff contacted our office and recommends deleting the assessment because it was assessed to the wrong property. Assessment Office will re-assess to correct address of 1169 University Avenue for original notice from Dept of Safety & Inspections;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $604.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 15-100 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
