Purpose of Appeal: #14 - Cars are not to be parked on grassy backyard. Sign posted , car moved. #15 - Garage door are done and clean. #16 - very minor cracks in cement are normal. No backling is noticed. #17 - Wood pecker made small holes in north wall two of them. This should not require a full repaint of home and garage.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Mark Grondahl to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1654-56 MCAFEE STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
