ADMINSTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter and based on the request of the Director of the Office of Technology and Communications, to amend the 2012 spending budget for Cable Equipment Replacement activity (166-31124) by increasing the spending authority by $34,500 and decreasing the spending authority of PEG Grants activity (166-31125) by $34,500. An error in the budgeting process last year placed the Ramsey County contributions in the wrong activity.
