Appeal of William A. Harvey to a Summary Abatement Order at 740 TATUM STREET.

Purpose of Appeal: On June 21, 2015 I mail in a check for $2,025 to renew my Vacant building registratiom, I made two big blunders. First I assumed this payment bought me another year to remove my valueables. My second biggest blunder was to slack off and get way behide on my clean up project. I spoke to the enforcement officer, Mike kalis at 651-266-1929 this morning. I'm 76 years old and need alot more time to finish. Thank You for your Consideration.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of William A. Harvey to a Summary Abatement Order at 740 TATUM STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal, noting the property is now in compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
