EXECUTIVE ORDER, whereas, Section 8.B.1.d. of the Saint Paul Civil Service Rules provides that the City of Saint Paul shall adopt an Open Opportunity Program Action Plan/Affirmative Action Program (OOPAP/AAP).
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has submitted the attached Affirmative Action Plan to the Office of the Mayor for review and approval, therefore it is,
ORDERED, that in accordance with the provisions of Section 8.B.1.d. of the Saint Paul Civil Service Rules the Mayor hereby approves the attached plan as the City’s Affirmative Action Plan (OOPAP/AAP).
