WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Nicholas Brandt to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy with Deficiencies at 923 BEECH STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until March 20, 2016 to come into compliance with the front sleeping room by 1) open up the porch; or 2) stop using the room for sleeping; or 3) install an egress window under permit to go directly outside; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
