Purpose of Appeal:  This is going on since June of 2015. I was messed over by my contractor who performed work at my house without paying the permits resulting in putting the house in vacant status. We obtained all permits and the house is being renovated.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Nachman Goldberg to a Vacant Building Registration Fee Warning Letter Requirement at 1809 YORKSHIRE AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal but allow for permits to be pulled; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
