Amending Council File RLH AR 15-56 to delete the assessment for Property Clean Up Services during May 5 to June 5, 2015 at 844 FULLER AVENUE. (File No. J1512A, Assessment No. 158527).

Body

WHEREAS on September 16, 2015, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 15-56, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up services during May 5 to June 5, 2015 at 844 Fuller Avenue. (File No. J1512A, Assessment No. 158527); and

WHEREAS, the property at 844 Fuller Avenue, being described as: Butterfield Syndicate Addition No. 1 Lot 6 Blk 6, with the property identification number 35-29-23-42-0121 was assessed an amount of $448.00; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as there was an inspector error made by the Department of Safety and Inspections; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $448.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File Nos. RLH AR 15-56 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
