Appeal of Terry Glass to a Vacant Building Registration Fee Warning Letter Requirement at 646 AURORA AVENUE.

Purpose of Appeal:  Inspectors were backed up fro some weeks before property was inspected. So it put my intintial start date behide would like more time to complete . Have pulled some permits work is in progress.

Inspector/Key Staff:  Dennis Senty

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  Emailed Ubl on permit progress.  Note, property found vacant 3/3/15, Leg Hrg 3/10 granted to 5/1 to bring into compliance without going into the VB Prg.  5/13/15 VBR, Leg Hrg grant 4 month waiver, but code compliance required.  We're 6 months in.  MCM

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Terry Glass to a Vacant Building Registration Fee Warning Letter Requirement at 646 AURORA AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal but allow for permits to be pulled; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
