Title
Amending the budget in the Fire Department by establishing the financing and spending plans for a reimbursement from the Ramsey County Emergency Management Department in the amount of $7,247.24.
Body
WHEREAS, the Fire Department will be reimbursed by the Ramsey County Emergency Management Department for costs associated with the Flammable Liquid and Rail Training held on August 28-29, 2015, and
WHEREAS the total cost of the training was $7,247.24, and
WHEREAS, the financing and spending plans have not been established for this reimbursement, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation funds of $7,247.24 in excess of those estimated in the 2015 budget, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends the following additions be made to the 2015 budget:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council approves the changes to the 2015 budget.
