WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Davie Veit to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 1982 HAWTHORNE AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation is forthcoming grant the appeal regarding the flexible duct work in excess of 14 feet; however, this item shall be revisted with each subsequent Fire Certifiacte of Occupancy inspection to determine if the duct work remians in good repair; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
