Purpose of Appeal: To allow us to relocate pool to a distance greater than 10' from neighbor's driveway next summer when we put it up again. We typically take it down in early September and store for winter.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Howard Hare to a Correction Notice-Complaint Inspection at 1716 LAFOND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension until August 21, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. to drain and remove to remove the pool; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
