The attached Financial Analysis moves Neighborhood STAR Year-Round Program funds into three (3) project specific codes to reflect City Council action adopted via Resolutions #15-1177, #15-1119 and #15-1328.   Next, one (1) Ward 4 Neighborhood STAR Year Round Program project has been granted additional financing via Resolution #PH15-186 and one (1) Ward 2 Year Round STAR project is not moving foward therefore the funds are being returned.  Finally, an accounting adjustment is needed to correctly reflect the funding as a loan for a 2014 Neighborhood STAR Program project
