WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Sharon Murphy to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1965 HYACINTH AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant 1) until November 1, 2015 to come into compliance with the parking surfaces; 2) until August 1, 2015 for the exterior items; and 3) and remaining items until June 17, 2015; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
