Preliminary Order setting a date of City Council Public Hearing for May 6, 2015, regarding public improvements on streets in the 2015 Saint Paul Street Vitality Project (2015 SPSVP).

In the Matter of approving all necessary work for the reconstruction or rehabilitation of streets in the 2015 Saint Paul Street Vitality Project, proposed improvements are outlined for each project area in the attached Engineering Reports.
The streets to be improved are as follows: See attached Engineering Reports for streets in each project area.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the reports of the Mayor upon the above improvements, and having considered said reports, hereby resolves:
1. That the said reports and the same are hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $16,963,249.00, to be financed by Street Improvement Bonds, Saint Paul Regional Water Services funding, and Sewer funds.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 6th day of May, 2015, at 5:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
Further Resolved, this resolution hereby replaces Resolution 15-313, approved 2/25/2015; Resolution 15-140, approved 1/28/2015; and Public Hearing Resolution 15-17, approved 2/18/2015.
