WHEREAS on March 18, 2015, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 15-1, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Vacant Building fees billed November 5, 2013 to September 19, 2014. (File No. VB1504, Assessment No. 158803); and
WHEREAS, the property at 452 Concord Street, being described as: Trowbridge's addition to the City of St Paul, Minn Lots 1 and Lot 2, with the property identification number 08-28-22-41-0014 was assessed an amount of $1,595.00; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as there was error made by the Department of Safety and Inspections. On November 5, 2014, Legislative Hearing Officer ordered fee assessment to be deleted and 90 day waiver was entered; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,595.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 15-1 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
