WHEREAS on January 21, 2015, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 14-81, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Certificate of Occupancy fees billed April 22 to June 13, 2014. (File No. CRT1502, Assessment No. 158201); and
WHEREAS, the property at 498 Brimhall Street, being described as: Haleys Addition The W 6.75 Ft Of Part Of Lot 3 In The Fol Addn Lots 1,2,3 And 4 Sw 1/4 Sec 10 Tn 28 Rn 23 Between Ext N And S Lines Of Lot 1 Blk 1 Haley's Addn And In Sd Haley's Add All Of Vac Alley Adj And Fol, Lot 1 Blk 1, with the property identification number 10-28-23-32-0178 was assessed an amount of $325; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends reducing the assessment from $325 to $170 due to improper notification to the current owner; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $325, plus any accrued interests, be reduced and that Council File No. RLH AR 14-81 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
