Purpose of Appeal: On call 24-hour tow truck driver; work ourside of home, need truck to make money but lunch & dinner time I'm home to eat and I sleep less than 7/8 hour. Never parked there for days only mainly half of my sleeping hours. Tow trucks aren't just parked in our driveway.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Lawrence Jellison to a Summary Abatement Order at 292 CLARENCE STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until June 1, 2015 to remove the truck or apply for a home occupation permit to get a variance to run a home business at the property; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
