WHEREAS, The Terrace At Iris Park, LLC d/b/a Heritage Club (License ID #20140003742) applied for a Liquor On Sale - 100 seats or less, a Liquor On Sale - Sunday and a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license for the premises located at 502 Lynnhurst Avenue East; and
WHEREAS, the licensee submitted a "Good Faith" letter indicating they were able to obtain five (5) out of eight (8) possible signatures for a sixty-three (63) per cent support of the petition required for a Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license; and
WHEREAS, Union Park District Council sent a letter to DSI recommending a waiver of the 45-day waiting period in order to issue a Liquor On Sale - 100 seats or less, a Liquor On Sale - Sunday and a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of the Liquor On Sale - 100 seats or less, Liquor On Sale - Sunday and Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor On Sale - 100 seats or less, Liquor On Sale - Sunday and Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license are hereby granted to Terrace At Iris Park, LLC d/b/a Heritage Club (License ID #20140003742) for the premises located at 502 Lynnhurst Avenue East in Saint Paul with the following conditions:
1. Per Section 409.03 of the City of Saint Paul Legislative Code, a new liquor on-sale license shall be only issued to a restaurant as defined under Chapter 409 of the City Code. Licensee agrees to operate the establishment in compliance with the definition of a restaurant as defined under Chapter 409 of the City's Code, acknowledges having been given a copy of this defini...
