WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Terry Luther to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Remain Vacant at 125 WINNIPEG AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until December 17, 2014 to remove the exterior storage of excess building materials stored under tarps. For the remaining items, the deadline for compliance is January 1, 2015 as stated in the November 4 Legislative Hearing, RLH VBR 14-89; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
