Purpose of Appeal
I'm appealing vacant building registration because we are still remodeling a property and should complete it by 12/30/14.
We are remodeling it after fire, after we received insurance check.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Pavel Sakurets to a Vacant Building Registration Renewal Notice at 941 CYPRESS STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal but allow permits to be pulled, noting that fee issue can be re-visited in an assessment appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
