WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Donald J. Klemmer to a Notice of Condemnation as Unfit for Human Habitation and Order to Vacate at 1060 AVON STREET NORTH #1, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council allow continued occpancy of Unit 2 through October 31, 2014 on the conditions there is no tampering with the electrical service, fresh battery operated smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed and that there be no use of generators, candles/open flames and the exterior property must be maintained; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
