WHEREAS on January 2, 2014, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 13-88, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal Services from April 22 to July 10, 2013 at 1845 UNIVERSITY AVENUE WEST. (File No. J1401P, Assessment No. 148400); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1845 University Avenue West, being described as: Hughes Midway Addition Tothe Vac Alley Adj & Sely 5 Ft Of Lot 12 & Nwly 10 Ft Of Lot 14 & All Of Lot 13, with the property identification number 33-29-23-24-0074 was assessed an amount of $205.46; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment since no graffiti abatement letter was sent; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $205.46, plus any accrued interests, be deleted and Council File No. RLH AR 13-88 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
