WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Keith Hayes to a Correction Notice - Complaint Inspection Notice of Condemnation and Order to Vacate at 318 FRONT AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until September 5, 2014 September 19, 2014 October 1, 2014 to come into compliance or the building must be vacated on October 3, 2014; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
